Where do I start, there are no real Doctors who can see patients, only not responsive and not experienced NP. You can’t send a message to the “doctor “ office, only to general chat, your messages are mostly never answered. Escape Tiburcio Vazquez by all means if you can! Specifically, if you have some serious health issues

The Chinese doctor is racist and offended me with her stereotypical comments.
I came here to be looked at, not frowned upon.

I called in today at exactly 8am, my call was answered by operator Beatrice. Not even three minutes into the call Beatrice places me on hold for more than ten minutes. Beatrice never picked up phone again to give me an update. If you are NOT a people person DO NOT work customer service!!!!

Worst service ever. You guys need to hire better people who actually CARE to help there community members with their health. Lady’s are always mad with nasty attitudes. If you don’t wanna be there then don’t work there. They’re always leaving early for lunch, and always coming back late. Why set up appointments At that time then? Same with lab test appointments, why do you guys only offer appointments for lab past 11am? People have to eat, they should be early as soon as the clinic opens. Y’all gotta do better!!

The nurses and Employees are very unprofessional. I was trying to make aappointment for my kids, my wife they were very rude over the phone. They hang up the phone on me multiple time Especially those nurse that they're making appointment they always Confusing the patient With their appointment They don't answer your questions the right wayI wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I have a very bad experience with their nurses. They very very rude to myself and to my wife a lot of times And they also put you on hold for almost to like 1 hours or two hours:(

They have the worst customer service! Keep away if you can find a different Clinic . The front desk patient care gets a negative rating.. they don’t care about your time or pain . If anything you ask them like I’m here more than 1h they gonna tell you do you want me to reschedule it and very rude!

Everyone is very personable while maintaining professionalism. My Doctor is very thorough. I never feel rushed or as if anything was left unaddressed. I feel lucky to have them taking care of me.
