This is the 3rd month in a row we have had a note directing tenants to go to another property to pay rent. This morning, I have watched the property manager come before 9am and change the time to return to 10am. At 10:21am the manager returned and left a hand written note on the office door, changed the return time to 9am, and immediately left. I have watched many people coming to the office this morning to pay rent and couldn't. Now, when they return, they will find out AGAIN, the office is closed for the day.

The property manager is suppose to be Terica Scott, but she is NEVER in the office during the posted business hours. Every day there is a sign on the office door telling residents to contact a different property to pay rent or for an emergency. This has been going on for over a year now and there is a sign saying the office will be closed all week. I have lived here longer than Terica has been managing this property, and she has literally ran it into the ground. We pay for pest control that we have only received 3 times this year and it's suppose to be monthly. The buildings have never been Power washed since she's been here, the laundry rooms stay nasty and broken down, trash is everywhere, people are allowed to party in the parking lots, and she has hired a towing company that has illegally towed cars and damaged them. Because of Terica's lack of care of her property, position, and residents, I will not be resigning my lease and I will make sure I let everyone know not to live anywhere where she is a property manager. Corporate needs to look into why this office is never open because it's not acceptable and I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

I Lived at these apartments since 12/2020. I recently moved out. Mrs. Terica is the sweetest and most helpful Property manager I have ever encountered ! I have issue with my fridge and they replaced it after fixing it failed twice. My outlet for my fridge keep tripping they fixed that after it kept failing too. I really did not have too much wrong with my apartments in my past three years. If they had a three bedroom I would have stayed. No issues with the pool. Patio a good space. Rooms decent sizes and closets

Terica is the Apartment manager she is awesome.. Great place never had issues. I would most definitely move back. Maintenance was always available. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to stay.

If I could leave negative stars I would! Worst mfn apartment money hungry ppl you can rent from. Poor maintenance, whole apartment bath and bedroom had a toilet problem and it flooded and nothing was done about the water in my carpet closet or floor. Sorry mfers cover up mold and paint over it. Will tow your car and harass you out your bed even when you have a sticker and handicap sticker just for the money bc they have they own tow company. I highly don’t recommend! They leave they pool closed half the summer and only open 2 days out a week!

I have been living in these Apts for the past year and I have lived in two different units. In both units I have put in multiple calls about the refrigerator. In both units the freezer doesn't freeze and leaks into the refrigerator portion. I have had ppl come look after complaining for months and do nothing. I have other maintenance repairs I have been calling about since I switched units four months ago and they have yet to do anything about them. When I get in touch with the office they are rude. The landlords have tried getting me to sign paper claiming they have fixed everything when they have not. I was promised that my bathroom was to be redone after moving the second time two weeks prior. Its been four months and no one has come to fix them. I do not recommend moving here.

Terica is a very professional property manager and exemplifies what it means to provide excellent customer service. She goes out of her way to ensure that the needs of her residents pertaining to the property, are met.

I lived here until August of 2021. I first moved in around March of 2020 before COVID got too serious. It was nice at first and the management seemed to let good people in the neighborhood. As COVID progressed the tenants changed and questionable people moved in. For some reason every apartment had 3-4 cars per household and the parking situation became unbearable. Weed smokers were more common too. The company in charge of the washing machines didn’t maintain them even though they raised the price to use them. The last straw was when I saw a neighbor arguing with her boyfriend and he pulled a gun on her in broad daylight. I was out a month later. This place is good for people starting out in life but not for long term stay. Mortgages are tricky but you’re better getting a house.

They had my vehicle towed because there wasn't any open visitor parking to park and I wasn't even there for more than half a day visiting I had to pay 300 dollars to get my car back we will be pressing charges as well.
