I agree with Tammy. Tim Kelly is all about customer service. When the windshield of my car became cracked, he walked me through how to get it reimbursed. When my son totaled his car, we received a check a few days later. When we first signed up with State Farm, our insurance bills were drastically reduced.

Tim knows insurance and he knows customer service. I wouldn't leave him if my son started selling insurance!
