Tim and his team worked tirelessly with me for months on end and throughout various changing conditions to include loan types and income amounts. Not only did Tim take the time to explain all of the different types of loans and their benefits, he was also highly educated in the happenings of the domestic and global markets and was able to provide valuable insight on how the housing market, loans, and rates would be effected.

Our process of buying a house went incredibly smooth and was completed from initial offer to closing in just 4 weeks. This is in huge part thanks to Tim and his team for all of the behind the scenes work they do to ensure their clients are successful in buying a home. Tim and First Home offer a very individual experience that only a local company can offer. From answering questions and emails late at night on the weekends to caring about us on a personal level, this was an experience that no big bank could offer.
