Mr Tria has been a breath of fresh air relative to real estate agents. Having purchased many homes in my 61years, Mr Tria was the first one to actually take my needs in to consideration "and" not rush me into a decision. Very professional and detail oriented, I felt I could trust Mr Tria throughout the whole process. His reassurance on matters that popped up was reassuring and alleviated the normal buyers anxiety that goes along with purchasing a home.
I have already referred him to all of my 25+ family members. Furthermore, I in turn appreciated his dedication in service to our country and it's obvious he carried over those values from the military to his present career.
