This place is great. Dr Timmons does great work. Appointments are available sooner than most places. The staff is attentive. Everything was explained to me in advance. No negatives in my experiences there.

I have had no problems with claims with my insurance. I love Dr Timmons and his staff. They are great to work with. Keeping in communication if you do have an issue will avoid being sued. It is your responsibility to contact them if you don't understand the billing process and your insurance is processing your claim. They will work with you. But, you have to let them know you are having problem's. Or how can they know or help? I give Dr Timmons 5 star's. He is easy to work with. Staff is great. They do care. And trust me. I have had a lot of work done this year! Headed back for more. Just wish insurance would not be so stingy with coverage. Dental work is expensive. They don't cover enough. That is a huge bummer.

I will never recommend this dentist. After taking xrays and doing my exam, he told me nothing of the treatment needed. He tried forcing me to do flouride treatment when I specifically said my insurance doesn't cover it. I had to ask which teeth needed extra treatment and all he talked about was the one he insisted I come back for a root canal. I then made an appt for a different dentist and they waited until I showed up to get my xrays to tell me they wouldn't release them until I paid my balance.....I was never told I had a balance due.

No hygienist he does it all himself, first he cleaned my teeth very aggressively then flossing and picked last? Everything backwards took x-rays shouldn't have because my ins. pays every other year. Now I have to pay for that. No swag when you leave, just wierd never again

Terrible experience. Went for the first time with my two kids. My son went back and got a cleaning. My daughter had a dry cough and coughed twice in the hour and 20 minutes we sat to wait. It was 430 and he said he wasnt going to work on her. Ridiculous treatment for first timers. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. He was wanting to go home rather than work on his patient. No care at all. Absolutely livid.
