I've been working with Tim for the better part of 20 years. He is always the first lender I refer, and has ALWAYS delivered above and beyond. My clients love working with him, as do I. He answers calls, texts, emails, he doesn't B.S. and he has great rate options and outside of the box solutions. I will continue recommending Tim and his team to every buyer I meet. Timothy Wood and Matthew Clifford are hands-down the most professional mortgage banker and financing specialist that I have worked with, and I have worked with several in the past. Timothy is patient, precise, responsive, and super clear throughout the entire process of financing a multi-unit home purchase. Matthew, the production manager, took extreme care to make sure all of our documentation was in order and bases covered for the lender. If there was a task within their control, this team completed it immediately and proactively squelched possible issues before they came to be.
