While trying to access the equity in my home, without killing my fixed income budget, I struggled through all the info on reverse mortgages. I was referred to Tina and she was a God send. She provides me with all the info I needed to make an informed decision, but also answered all my questions. It can be a very stressful time, but when Tina is there to help you , I was able to calmly and comfortably make the decision to obtain a reverse mortgage. I wish there were more people like Tina to help in other fields, but I am very glad to have had her during this time.

When I contacted Tina, I was mostly seeking advice as to whether a reverse mortgage would be a good choice for my husband and me to do a kitchen remodel. Tina did not push a reverse mortgage but gave me information that I hadn't thought of before. Tina, in a nutshell, is one person who possesses a stick-to-it (ness) in getting the job done. She is also very personable and understands everything involving reverse mortgages. Ours was particularly difficult and we both, at one time, were not sure it would actually come to fruition. However, as noted above, Tina would not give up. She finally succeeded and we are very pleased, among a plethora of other adjectives, concerning her abilities. Lovely personality, too.

First off from the start it was a very pleasant venture. She greeted us with a great smiling hello and welcome. Once we started she asked us question in why we where applying for the refinancing. She took a great interest in allowing us to explain our reasons and then started explaining the process.
Communications between the company and us was very good which was very reinsuring. The over all experience was a smooth sailing with the great help and support from Tina.
Would highly recommend her and the company to others.
