My Wife and I had nothing but a great experience with TLC management for our rental we had. Every service request submitted was taken care of in a timely manner and any issue that came up was handled professionally and quickly. If we ever get a rental property in the future I would definitely reach out to this company to manage it for me.

TLC management has done an extraordinary job of managing my home in Yuma. I have been overseas and in Florida for the last four years, and TLC has run my home amazingly. Without TLC, I would have had to sell my house because I was constantly away serving in the military. Thank you, TLC!

I would not recommend renting from TLC. I was going to rent from them. When we toured the house, Themis said to not worry about the cleanliness, as it still needed to be cleaned. I looked past it because I trusted her word. During the application process, I had to keep calling to see if I was approved. When I finally got approved, Themis told me "I thought you already knew you were approved." How am I going to know if you didn't tell me? I again, ignored the red flags. I drove all the way to Yuma from Washington with two children to arrive to a filthy house that was infested in roaches. Themis tried to gas light me and convince me that a roach infestation is fine and it's normal. It's against Arizona state law to rent out an inhabital place. Roach infestations make a house inhabital. The only right thing they did, was let me out of the lease. But now, thanks to TLC Managements poor operation, I am out even more money because I had to get an air bnb and storage while I found a new place. Luckily, there are many houses and many different rental companies and realtors to work with in Yuma. Don't waste your time and hard earned money with TLC Management.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Paulette started off as our property manager and took amazing care of us. Being in the military and stationed outside of Yuma makes having a rental stressful. Not with Paulette and TLC Management.

She made several suggestions on how to beat get our house rented and hesitantly we followed. Thanks to her suggestions and ability the house had several applicants and a tenant within 72 hours.

Fast forward until 45 days ago when we decided to sell the house. Based on our previous relationship I trusted Paulette to handle the sale of the house. She did not disappoint! Thanks to her marketing and personal touch, the house had an offer and was under contract within 48 hours.

I can’t recommend Paulette enough!

Rented with this company for 3 years and I have had no major issues! They are very lenient and understanding. Rebecca is awesome! If I ever had a question she was quick to answer and was always friendly. If your ever looking for a rental I would recommend TLC.

This review is from a tenant of 2 years. TLC has been a great experience and would highly recommend to others looking to rent in Yuma. Requesting repairs is simple, online form, and completed in a timely manner. They go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. The front office and owners have been very open and honest during my 2 years of living in home managed by them. I'll post another review after the move out inspection and the whole process. I know the results will match my prior experience, great.

**Update - The move out inspection was very easy. I followed the move out instruction guide they gave to us at the 30 day notice and there no concerns of note during the walk thru. I highly recommend TLC to other Marines that are moving into the area.

Moved to Yuma last year and found TLC Management. Leasing from them has been a great experience. Any time we needed repairs done, they took care of it in a timely and professional manner and followed up with a phone call or email to confirm the repair being done. Paul, Themis, and Chris conduct themselves in a very professional manner and that is something that we expect from property management personnel. It is in your best interest to consider a different relator company when renting. The people running this company will do anything to keep your deposit at the very end. The interaction turned extremely sour once they found out we were planning on moving. When we first moved in, the house was not clean, there was built up dirt on the window ledges, cracks on door frames, dirty doors in general, dirty bathtub , and left over items from the previous renters. When we had our walkthrough to determine if we would get our deposit back, they right away said that everything looked good minus the toilet that needed to be fixed & caulking on the master bathtub, then at our last walkthrough, the moment Themis walked in, she was extremely rude, she processed to make comments and remarks about how “filthy” the house was. When I’m the very beginning it was not as clean as she makes it out to be. My husband had to move the washer & dryer and clean what was left from the previous owners. When we had that the final inspection, Themis was walking around saying “this will be an extra charge,” mind you, the house was not as clean as they think. Also, it is a little controversial that they say they don’t quote the cleaning fee but Themis was very very persistent on making sure I knew certain things would be an extra charge. She went as far as trying to quote me on an old salt tank the owner left in a storage closet. Would not recommend to anyone who is renting, save your money & go with another company.
