Being new to this financial institution, I'am very pleased with the whole process of joining. 5 star rating from being greeted at entrance until my transactions are complete. Carol Smith, in the loan dept. went over and beyond to make things clear and precise. I left actually with the feeling like I belonged there. The other credit unions could learn a thing from Carol and the rest of the staff.

I got a pre approval for a Auto loan and it was one of the easiest things to do, I applied online and did most of the process through text message and only had to go in to sign the final documents, it was super easy and convenient! I would recommend this bank to anybody!

If you are in the market for a new vehicle or need to refinance your current vehicle. Make sure to stop in and see Courtney at the Mishawaka Branch. She was able to work some magic and save me a ton of money on my vehicle. She is super easy to work with and gets things done very quick.
