Buying a home can get messy. You've got buyers agents, sellers agents, loan officers, appraisers, inspectors, processors, underwriters, insurance companies, HOA, title companies and on and on... With so many moving parts unexpected situations are going to come up; and sometimes they can be tough to deal with. But I think Tom and his team go about it in an upfront, honest and professional manner.

Failed to rate lock us before rates skyrocketed though I had urged his colleagues to do so for weeks, little to no communication between the staff in this office, did not help facilitate getting power of attorney to close though I had told them weeks ahead of time that would be needed, paperwork screw up caused us to close a day late and another day for the family in a hotel after a cross contra drive. He did call to apologize and own that one mistake and offer a concession but a month later says that he doesn’t remember that conversation. I’d stay as far away from this business if you ever need a mortgage in Tucson.
