I moved from another state in the early 90's and have been a client of Tony Theofanis' State Farm since then. I have dealt mainly with Risa and Leslie, and they set the bar high for service and compassion. Whether it has been with adding/removing vehicles, changing homes, or filing a claim, they stand out in a professional manner while giving you comfort that they know what they are doing. So for about 30+ years, Tony and his team have had my business and will continue to. Wow time flies when you are provided excellent service...3 decades; that says something! I recently had to make 2 claims for my vehicle. The process went super smooth. They made the original contacts to have the body shop, windshield replacement, and car rental ready for when I called them. Emily worked with me throughout. She was great about keeping me updated on costs and making sure everything was going well between myself and the businesses.
