We started new auto insurance with Joseph. It was a nightmare since day 1. Every month we were getting canceled for some reason. We have always paid on time no accidents no issues ever just wanted more affordable insurance. The renewal is up and we are being cancelled. Notified Joseph he said I’ll call you tomorrow with a new quote. It’s been over 2 weeks and he still has not reached out. PIIB reached out to us they are the broker for brokers. Told us NOT to use Top One and told us to get a new broker. So now we are trying to find insurance before our insurance is up

One of my best decisions coming over to this agency. Kevin Alvarado is a great insurance agent and was able to save me over $50 compared to my last policy. He customized the perfect insurance plan for my needs and followed through to make sure that I was satisfied with everything.
