Desgraciadamente tuve que darles una estrella para poder dejar mi experiencia con estas RATAS mi papá tenía su seguro con estas persona debido a l comodidad en cuestión de localidad. Mi papá tiene un excelente récord de seguro, paga su póliza en su totalidad a tiempo no tiene accidentes, esas persona se les olvidó poner el número de teléfono de mi papá en su sistema y el seguro por falta de información de el cliente le cancelo la póliza a mi papá, el seguro le reembolso el dinero que mi papá pago por la póliza pero estas personas cobran por venderte la póliza de seguro a lo que ellos le llaman depósito ( down payment) Que no tiene sentido ya que las pólizas siempre se pagan en su totalidad, ese dinero no se le regreso ami papá le robaron el error fue de ellos por no poner toda la información
en el sistema. Pésimo servicio
