Today I needed a new polcy and Giselle went above and beyond to help me and was super patient. She was professional and kind! She also took all the time i needed to let me ask her questions. My family and I moved to the area recently when we bought our first home. My experience with State Farm had been pretty mediocre (The last agent I worked with in LA lied about some increases to my policy). Trang's office was recommended by my in-laws. Right from the first phone call with Trang, I knew I was in good hands. Trang helped with our home policy, as well as, transfer our old auto policies and saved us quite a bit of money. Trang and her team went above and beyond, explaining everything about my policies in great detail and answering every over-analyzing question I threw at them. Whenever I found an issue or concern with my policies, Trang and her team quickly resolved it. They've been a pleasure to work with and I can tell she cares about her clients.
