We provided a service for this company. It has been 5 months now and they dodge our calls and block any of our numbers. We did over $2000 of work for them and they do not pay. We have since spoken to other vendors that also agree they will not pay their bills. Our attorney is now involved.

We also provided a service to this apartment management company and have not received payment. It has been 5 months, not sure how this company can run so poorly and still exist. All we are told is they don’t have authorization to pay, which bull.

I am a local landlord. I contacted this management company to do a verification check on a former tenant of thiers who was applying to rent one of my places. They said they will charge my applicant $75 to discuss thier tenancy. I had sent them a formal request including written permission from my applicant, so there is no reason whatsoever to do this. This practice hurts everyone involved. Thier tenants who apply to future rentals will be passed over for tenants whom landlords can verify. Problem tenants will not be held accountable unless they are officially evicted. Tenants should not have to pay any fees to release thier records. They only do this out of greed. Do not rent with this management company.

I currently stay at Tierra Luna Sol in Tucson AZ they are corrupt and horrible place to live they refuse to fix anything in my apartment Francesca my landlord literally refused to do any maintenance to my apartment and is refusing to give me copies of my lease as well as maintenance request she refused to take my letter for maintenance and also gave me another false address to there HQ which is 2990 N thunderbird RD in Phoenix mind you it's a whata burger address. Do not move into any of there properties they take your money then try to evict you or get more money out of you they are corrupt and practice shady business practice if you would like to hear more please visit my podcast High Vibrations Arizona is CORRUPT

Stay far away from apartments managed by this company. They are heavily racist, they literally cater to drug addicts and dealers. They wont spend a nickel to fix broken maintenance issues inside apartments. Some tenants had bed bugs. My neighbor was running a makeshift drug cooking inside her apartment to subsidize her rent. My neighbor made me sick at least 40 times but mgmt refused to evict the drug addict/meth cooks next door to me. My lungs are now partially damaged from their drug stuff. Literally no lie I have lung issues now. I had several tenants whom I didnt know come up to me in dispair over their own neighbors doing drugs, throwing their "roommate" up against the wall. Unsafe apartments. One neighbor said drug users were coming and going at all hours above her apartment. Horrible, awful managent! Horrendous behavior for a management company.

My breakfast chorizo burrito was on the spot. The best one i ever had. It was my first time coming to this location. Little alone any location by this name. I'm so glad that they use diced potatoes instead of french fries like most other mexican fast food.

I lived at Glen Park Apartments in Glendale. The property management and support staff were wonderful to deal with. They were professional and always took my concerns seriously. Problems I had were fixed efficiently and courteously. They did their best also to make sure that the living environment was safe for all residents.

They keep losing my rent checks, then send me 5-day evaiction notices dated 10 days before I receive them. They don't answer their phone and they don't call you back. They ignore maintenance requests and even though it's 2020, refuse to provide an online payment option.
