My parents have been with Trevino Ins. for many years now and have always had fast, friendly and efficient service. I live down in Indy and just recently put my homeowners with them as well and they were able to lower my rate substantially (after mine more than doubled for having a claim). I've had nothing but a great and comfortable experience with Peggy and her team. They are quick to respond and don't make you feel like one of a million other customers. It's nice to pick up the phone or send an email, and have a response within seconds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you are in the market for insurance look no further. I have been with Trevino for ALOT of years and my agent Peggy Miller is amazing, she does her best to always find the right fit for my insurance needs at the best possible price. Honesty, integrity and amazing customer service is the reason my family stays with Trevino and why my agent is Peggy.

I honestly don’t know why anyone would have a complaint about Trevino Insurance Group but don't let the sour words of one person dissuade you from choosing this insurance company. I have never been sorry I made the switch to Peggy at Trevino for my car and house insurance

Our family has been doing business with the Trevino Insurance Group for over 20 years. They insure our home, our rental property, our cars and our businesses.
Customer service is priority number one. They have always listened to our needs, made suggestions on products, shopped prices and provided us with the best insurance while saving us hundreds of dollars.
Each time our business policy is up for renewal, RG Trevino makes a personal visit to our business to review the policy and answer my endless questions.
Peggy Miller handles our auto and home. She returns all calls promptly, answers my endless questions and thanks me for my business.
When we have had claims, the Trevino Group are handled them from start to finish. Claims were filed extremely fast, paperwork was always accurate and I was never disappointed.
I am proud to be a client of The Trevino Group. They friendly, knowledgeable and most of all they are trustworthy. The Trevino Group is where everyone should purchase their insurance.

TOTAL FRAUD!!

I was ripped off, by this companies negligence.
If Trevino was a man of integrity, he would return the money that he cost me. $7700 plus interest.
I’ll forgive the damage you did to my business, but YOU owe me this.

I really got burned by Trevino insurance.
I had commercial coverage, and had a water issue.
Trevino told me “use this water remediation company, and don’t worry about anything, you’re covered”

Well I was NOT covered, and I ended up with $7,700 in clean up costs. Nothing was covered.
I ended up in court, and being sued by the clean-up company he told me to hire.
Thanks!!! Lol 🙁

I've been with Trevino Insurance for 30+ years and have always had good honest service and pricing. The entire organization has been very responsive. I understand that there is one disgruntled person making derogatory remarks about RG and his company.

As they say, there is always "one bad apple" in the bunch and I think that he's trying to grandstand to get something he's not entitled to likes to complain for the sake of complaining.

Go with the pro's, go with Trevino -- and ask for Peggy for your personal insurance needs.

I have switched insurance agencies numerous time and finally ended up at Trevino insurance. My current agent is the best I've had. If I have any issues or problems I contact my agent and the problem is immediately fixed. I recommend Trevino insurance to all my friends and family, the best service I've had.
