This is about Homestead, as I know you guys manage other properties. You guys aren’t very responsive. Many people claim you guys don’t answer the phone at your office or respond back to emails in a timely manner/if at all. For example, today someone had to ask someone from Dr Horton to salt the sidewalk by the pool. Her reasoning for asking them first is because you guys aren’t very responsive and she fell. (Thankfully she didn’t get hurt, but could have) That is a safety issue, and what if it didn’t get addressed in a timely manner and someone else fell/got injured? Having a meeting or more check in meetings throughout the year would be helpful as I know people have expressed other concerns. Maybe that clubhouse committee will help bridge the communication gap as well. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Horrible management company , they pick and choose what rules to implement. With no picture evidence and when Challenged they get upset and make up new rules. They drive by the day before trash day to write you up for trash cans going to the curb. No where in our rules does it state when a trash can, can be taken to the curb the day before trash day. They say they “observe “ but again they come the day before trash day and I have video of me removing it from my garage. But that wasn’t good enough for them. They are rude and unprofessional. The old hoa company was way better. Home buyers beware of this new little start up company ! You have been warned ! They don’t even have a BBB or they would be reported there as well .They also note that they enforce the rules as written yet renters have pools , a shed is in the neighborhood for well over a year which isn’t allowed, broken fences, trash everywhere , parks not maintained, over grown weeds, the list goes on and on.

Tried and True has been a wonderful addition to our HOA. Their years of experience; knowledge of our city/county; prompt communications with board members and homeowners; and diligence to the job sets them apart. We consider them a trusted partner in the management of our neighborhood.
