Long post! These people are fraud all the way around. I waited almost 2 weeks to be denied.. Remind you I have never been denied for a place Ever!
I turn in everything I needed to turn in and waited about a week to call their third party vendor to check on the status because it was taking longer than normal. She stated that everything was done and all they are waiting for my job verification to return. Which she never sent to the correct place because they never called them. I had to call them and fix everything so that she had the correct information where to send the verification.. (keep in mind the lady at the corp company I work for, sent them the verification the exact same day, how I know because she sent me a copy of the verification as well once she was done filling it out). NEXT this is going into week 2, I called Wenensday following up on the status because I knew it was done. No answer! She finally called back asking about the address on my i.d, which threw me in a loop because that was just a mail address ( my mother house address I used moving back here from Texas). AND HAD MY OWN PLACE EVERY SINCE! Then she stated I'll call you back.. NEVER DID, ABOUT THAT SITUATION!. The week has past its Friday NOW. I had called in again to check the status then this is when she went to say we denied you because you have $37,000 credit card dept history BUT NOTHING was ever from not paying my rent, NO EVICTIONS JUDGEMMETS, NOTHING. Also with a 95% on time payment history, along with a 100% on time 5 yr car lease history. And YES, my credit score was WELL above the 500 mark they ask.. THEN she start to state that I would need a co-signer. LADY I HAVE NEVER NEEDED A COSIGNER WTH..

BOTTOM LINE IS THIS PEOPLE ARE A JOKE! FOR $50 though!
I was sacrificing moving into one of there homes anyway but Im a true believer everything happens for a reason!!!!

Stay for away unless you just want to give money away,. nobody have money to just give away!

My fiancé and I are in the process of getting into a rental with this company. So far the process has been so smooth. Cristina has been my main contact on the application process and she has been nothing but helpful. Quick responses to every question I have. If you get her consider yourself lucky. While we still have awhile to go before I can give an accurate review of the living experience. I have inspected the house in person twice and there is no stains, water damage, mold, or odors. No signs of bugs. Electricity works. I really hope that this excellent experience continues after move in.

Just tried to reach them, got transferred to a voicemail. Just want my water issue fixed but it’s hard to get anything actually fixed not just patched up. When I do reach a human and express my concerns they just take a message for me and no one ever calls me back for example when they did some tree work and didn’t let me know and scratched my wife’s vehicle they never got back to me to try to remedy the situation.

I strongly advise against using this company. They are extremely disorganized and dishonest.

We conducted a move-out inspection with management, was told there was minor damages but were later charged approximately $3,000 for repairs, they kept our deposit and asked us pay the difference despite having lived there for only a year, They tried to charge us for repainting the entire house. They will undoubtedly claim it was necessary, but I believe it wasn’t.

We requested an itemized list with receipts, but they only provided a list of planned repairs, lacking detailed explanations or actual receipts.

When we appealed the charges, they claimed the landlord was no longer affiliated with them and, therefore, they could do nothing.

We asked for the landlord's contact information or for them to contact the landlord regarding our deposit.

They repeatedly stated that since the landlord had switched companies, they had deleted all landlord information and could not assist us, yet they still demanded we pay for the repairs. We then informed them that we would take them to court since they claimed they had no landlord contact information.

Subsequently, they simply abandoned the deposit dispute and not contacted us for repairs cost.

It's possible that Triple E misappropriated the deposit, claiming to the landlord that it was used for repairs.

This all happened back in 2023, and with the chaos of moving, we had to push it to the back burner. But since Indiana's small claims court lets you wait a while, I'm now thinking about taking them to court. They're totally untrustworthy.

I have reached out several times to see the properties they have available. No one answers the phone reply to text messages just a generated email saying the name of the person to contact and the qualifications for the property. I understand people are busy but every time you try to get information no one is available. Doesn't make sense to me at all... I don't know about anyone else but I'm not putting an application in without seeing the property first.

I would strongly advise against renting from this company if possible. As a family-owned business, there appears to be a lack of accountability for their errors. In my experience, they imposed fees for issues that were the result of their own mistakes and left little option for resolution other than pursuing legal action. For example, I endured raw sewage in my basement for five days before they addressed the issue, and only after I contacted the health department to intervene. That was the first month of renting. I have several other horror stories! Consider this a fair warning based on my experience. Find another company to deal with.

I had to resubmit my review because of the response made by the company to make themselves seem better than they really are when it comes to transparency and conducting business with a moral compass I have a very long list of service issues at one the properties I currently reside in I pay my rent on time every month with no issues I’ve rented with this company for almost 2 years this was the worst one by far the service department individuals don’t speak much English and probably undocumented they never fix anything and if they do it’s temporary because they’ve made it worse I’ve been without working water for 4 days thanks to horrible plumbing in the home they always text me that they are sending someone out but they either never show up or ask me the same thing if I’m home or not which I work so I can’t be but they have access with the office key and it’s always a problem I can’t go one week in this crappy home without having to submit a service issue I don’t care that you send someone out because they don’t always come or they come and nothing was actually fixed I promise to speak against this entire company while I reside in this city and I do hope to bring awareness to how poor you all handle complaints and issues. I don’t care about your response to my review because all you’re going to do is apologize and not fix anything or credit my account for all these rent payments I’ve made but yet having to go through these issues everyday while living in your crappy rentals. I’m posting pictures to prove how many requests I had to make this is crazy

This is my first time renting a home and honestly Triple E has been great. I have found that yes sometimes you need to do a little more work to get in touch with them, but they have so many clients. So that is understandable. I do wish at times I did not have to work so hard to get updates but it is fine. There is always someone to call and talk to, and answer questions. They have fixed most of my requests and we truly love where we live. The company is great for first time renters and I am very happy so far.
