Ashley has been exceptionally helpful in assisting me with an issue I noticed in our auto policy. We were both stumped on the issue and although it took roughly a week to get an answer, she was persistent, and I appreciate her keeping in touch with me throughout the process to let me know she was continuously working on the issue and didn't forget about me.
