If you are looking for any auto loan absolutely DO NOT!!!! Recommend them. They are very shady! They will add bogus charges saying that they have been trying to repossess said vehicle for months!!! When trying to pay off said loan and will not release the title until those extra charges are paid in full!!

If you're going to finance anything through Trona Valley make sure you're going through Rock Springs or Evanston Branches. I financed through the Green River branch and have had nothing but problems for the last year and three months. If you are not physically there walking them through the steps to fix the issue, it will never be fixed. It took them 4 months to try and fix a direct deposit issue and even then I had to go to the Rock Springs branch for it to be resolved. I have nothing good to say about Green River Trona Valley, don't waste your time here and go to the other branches.

I wanted to change my lease into a loan. I was getting frustrated dealing with the dealership so I called Trona. I didn't even have an account with them, but they had my paperwork done and everything signed ONLINE in a matter of hours. Fast and painless. I now have an account with them and will be moving all my funds to them. Thank you Trona!!

Signed up for "over draft protection" they claim it "wasn't set up correctly" and allowed my account to be overdraft. Called and they acknowledged it was in fact there mistake but are unwilling to correct it and are still charging me overdraft fees. Not a good bank all around been nothing g but issues since day 1

Love Trona Valley. Been a member since they were on the north side of town. Great people, and great banking options. Love their Kasasa Saver. Staff at any of their locations are great, and their mobile app works and easy to use.
