I moved into my apartment August 2021, and in December 2021, I renewed my lease for the upcoming year (August 2022-2023). However, at that point my apartment had already been placed on their website, and someone else signed a lease for my apartment on the same day I renewed mine. It’s been 3 months since I moved in and I planned on staying in this apartment for the next three years as I finish my PhD, but I was forced out after 3 months. I’m devastated and now I have to come up with the money to move. This company is unethical and unjust. Do not utilize them as a rental company.
