I have been in my house for over 5 years we had an amazing property management until a couple years ago when Tuscan Sun took over. Shelly in maintenance is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. And they will charge you for any and everything they can. They REFUSE to work with you for inspections. They make being a single mom and trying to survive a miserable and stressful experience. We love our house and our neighborhood, but unfortunately will be looking to move with our taxes due to how terrible this property management is. I do not recommend renting from them Especially if you are a single parent.

Do Not Rent From Them! My neighbor that rents from them had a tree in their yard fall and hit my house on a Friday but Tuscan was to worried about their weekend to even send someone out to check it out. Tuscan was warned by a tree company that it was unsafe but choose to wait and do nothing.
Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else...

As far as property management goes, Tuscan Sun has been excellent. I have never had a bad experience with them. They come to your apartment and check it out. Once they find anything that needs to be fixed, they repair it. Your bill can be paid online, which will make it easier for you. As for my apartment, I'd have to say I'm happy with it.

I cannot say enough about how great Tuscan Sun is! Years ago I was a tenant and they were always so nice and helpful. They were quick to respond to any issue I had with my rental. As a real estate agent, who sells a lot of apartment buildings they manage, I can say I’ve had a fantastic experience on this end as well. There are so many AMAZING people who work there! I have been renting from Tuscan Sun for over 3 years. Their staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I've been very impressed by how quickly they responded to my calls, and then have made arrangements right away, when small repairs have been necessary. I also appreciate their pro-active approach to maintenance, such as scheduling someone to clean the roof gutters each year. We have been entrusting the management of our rental properties to the team at Tuscan Sun for many years now and I can say that they are the best management organization I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with property management companies for a few decades now, both dealing with our own properties and with family members, and the people at Tuscan Sun have clearly shown themselves to be at the top. Questions have always been answered promptly and satisfactorily and their accounting has always been promptly and accurately done. On those occasions when tenants have raised issues or have become non-compliant with the rental agreements those issues have been addressed promptly and satisfactorily. On those occasions when I have had the opportunity to witness members of the team dealing with tenants’ issues or concerns I have, on every occasion, been impressed with how smoothly and professionally those issues were resolved.

Please be aware that they actually sent an email out to renters that prompts reviews to get you entered to win a $100. Gift card... unfortunately in the end this was my experience.
The owner of our rental passed away, and her kids handed the properties over to Tuscan Sun. Things went OK until we moved out. We used the carpet cleaning service that Tuscan recommended. We had the place cleaned immaculate and made the house look better than it had when we moved in. They were awful about our deposit. Greedy and a huge scam. They only have us back 200 of the 1200. Claiming the house wasn't clean enough. We fought the owners and them and managed to get a few hundred more. But overall, they will lie and cheat to keep your deposit. If you rent with them and you're going to move out, don't pay the last month. Tell them to use your deposit. Because you won't get it back. Several other renters told me the same thing happened to them. Huge Scam. DISGUSTING and dishonest behavior on their part.

Tuscan Sun took over as our Property Managers and immediately began inspections, which had not been completed in over a year. They took the time to update needed repairs and made the transition relatively smooth. They have been responsive to repair needs and the online portal is extremely user friendly!
