Two Casitas Really went the extra mile for us during our stay with them. The first house we stayed in had some issues and we asked to switch. We were met with truly above and beyond helpfulness and kindness in switching to a different property. We ended up saying at Casa Sierra, which was absolutely gorgeous. The house was beautiful and filled with the best of Santa Fe architecture and comfort. The views from the enormous deck were astounding. The house was pristine and had every amenity we could’ve asked for. It was a real treat to stay there, and to work with Two Casitas.

I rented Casa Alba from 2 Casitas last week and had a wonderful stay ! Easy check in , Extremely clean , nicely decorated, comfortable beds, fire place , outdoor furniture for enjoying the quiet peaceful serene surroundings! Great place to stay outside the city, and for star gazing under the huge NM sky . Thank you 2 Casitas !

I stayed in Casa Alba last week and there were a few things that weren't great. I stayed in the room that was not a the master and there were windows that didn't have any curtains on them. Even though the master does have these same high windows and has curtains on them. I called twice after my first night and requested that they come by and add some sort of shade or curtain. I just got "yes, we are trying to get people out for this." And never a call back to let me know status of the "people" that were going to come out or if they even could come out. I have attached a picture of my room and how much light there is coming from only the window pictured (other window has thick curtains... not sure why they bothered with one and not the other).

Also, when we arrived the side door was unlocked. So we walked through the unit and double-checked the unit was secure. Later in our stay when we returned to the unit after being out for the day that same side entrance was unlocked again. They did not notify us they needed access to our unit to take our trash out (the legal guidelines here say - Non-Emergency Access: For routine inspections, repairs, or maintenance during the guest's stay, property managers must inform the guest and provide advance notice. Access should be limited to necessary reasons.).

There were more little things with the stay like cold water showers, the chapstick amenity they provided in my unit was previously used, the outlets struggle to keep their appliances plugged in causing no internet when we arrived and batteries ran out in my remote in my unit. However, the star rating I am giving is only counting the first two issues. I didn't want to tank their reviews by giving a 1 or 2 star rating.

Fantastic stay. Came into a note and tasty treats on the table. The place was cooled on a hot day. The place was gorgeous. Fully stocked kitchen and easy entry and exit. 15 min walk to town. Luxurious and perfect.

Two Casitas provided and absolutely fabulous stay at 306 Alegre for our family vacation in Santa Fe. Very quaint cottage with a private courtyard, comfortable and pleasantly decorated rooms felt like a home away from home and easy walking distance from downtown. Easy getting settled in, easy departure and Two Casitas were always available if we needed them—but we didn’t!

Super cute studio rental in the arts district. We stayed for our anniversary and everything was perfect. The kitchen is small but efficient. We ate breakfast there and then headed out each day. October is a great time to visit Santa Fe. Quiet and peaceful. No waiting for tables at restaurants and easy to get around.

We stayed at 1 bdrm/ 1 bath Casa Carmel for 6 nights. It was very clean, updated and comfortable. Also pet friendly. Concrete floors so having pets that might track in mud wasn't a problem. The dogs loved the radiant heated floors. And I loved that the open plan LR & kitchen were separately controlled from the bedroom. So we could keep the bedroom comfortably cool & the open space warm as toast.! =perfect.!!

TwoCasitas staff was helpful and responded almost immediately to both emails and texts when we had questions. I was amazed at both the quality and number of kitchen utensils and cookware. Plus lots of counter space, a full size refrigerator. Everything was clean and well organized. We did not use the stacking washer/dryer but soap sheets (with instructions) were clearly labeled. And plenty of closet and drawer space for clothing & incidentals.
If you have pets, be aware that the enclosed outside patio space is not an area in which dogs can exercise. It is only appropriate for potty breaks. And in my opinion, really too small for outdoor entertaining - although there was a bar-b-q & small table/chairs. It would be a real squeeze for even 2 people.

Things to note if you are there during winter. I doubt these would be an issue for warmer weather. We stay Feb 23-28, 2023.. snowstorms had hit SF.
1. Having a fire requires opening a window at least 3" to prevent a backdraft that drives smoke into the room. There was a card with that info. But it should've been posted on the website.
2. Roads are dirt with gravel only in the middle. Thus where tires hit the road, it was muddy (mostly due to snow melt).
3. There is no real front porch. It's a step down from the road to a concrete pad that's about 4' deep by 8' wide. But not an outdoor area that's useful for sitting.
