I would recommend Tyler and team to anyone looking to buy/sell their home. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Any questions or crazy concerns I had he listened and got us answers quickly. When things turned with the sell of home from smooth to a bit bumpy, he was there right away to smooth things out again and helped come up with solutions to keep things on track. He never got annoyed or frustrated with my millions of questions and answered every single one promptly, which was greatly appreciated.

With this being our first home buying experience, we were a bit nervous of what to expect and how the process worked. Tyler made the process very easy and helped us in any way that he could. He was prompt, informative, and always made sure we never felt pressured. I honestly could not of asked for a better realtor. My boyfriend and I were searching for our first house and we went through 2 realtors before Tyler. The first one we had for a few months and he never sent me anything or talked with me. He’d check on us once a month or every other month asking if we were still in the market. So we then switched to a friends brother who was a brand new realtor and we just didn’t feel comfortable since he kept giving us misinformation and didn’t know what to really look for at houses. We then got the recommendation from a close friend to get in touch with Tyler and he was fantastic! He was very responsive and would frequently check in on us and send us properties. He was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer the many questions we had being first time home buyers. Tyler made the process go very smoothly and made sure we knew what was going on during the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

Tyler Cox was a tremendous realtor during the process of buying our first home. He went above and beyond I personally feel. So many text messages and phone calls and multiple home showings. We were adamant on what we wanted and he didn’t stop until he found it for us. Buying a home can and will be a difficult process for all involved. With a great realtor putting in the effort behind the scenes though, it eliminates a lot from the buyer. If you’re looking into purchasing a home, I strongly suggest going to Tyler or any realtor on his team. You will be satisfied!

Tyler was so great to work with! He took the time to listen to us about what we wanted and didn’t want and find us the perfect fit. We looked at several houses some more than once and he never complained never hesitated he was always there for us! Even going as far as meeting us at his office on a Saturday while closed just to accommodate us! He also made sure to get what we wanted in the closing as well. Truly couldn’t ask for a better more professional realtor !
