They are THE WORST “MANAGEMENT” Company!!!! They can’t ever repair anything in a timely manner , they work with lazy vendors who always have an excuse as to why the job can’t be done .. They don’t care if it’s an emergency they return the call or email whenever they want .

Our main gate has been broken for almost a month now .. and all we get are excuses .
My ceiling is leaking due to all the rain for a week now and I can’t even get them to send someone to protect my roof from the upcoming rain .
I call everyday and still no results . And we DO PAY our HOA fee ON TIME !!! Can’t wait to change to a better and more reliable Management Company .

The worst management ever...they love working with slumlords. When tenants request repairs they are not done in a timely manner if at all and when repairs are done they make more damage
