We are actually repeat customers and during our first mortgage, from PA acceptance to closing was a TOTAL of 21 days, and this mortgage TOTAL time to closing=only 17 days! Craig is experienced, super responsive, and knows how to work with realtors, insurance agents and title companies to efficiently navigate you through every step of the way. He is wonderful about providing lots of communication and personal texts along the way with zero surprises. We even had bumps along the way finding the right house, but Craig was very patient, having to start and restart the mortgage process 3 times on different properties with incredible professionalism.
