Amazing! The process was quick and easy, we were kept up-to-date on everything as we went along, and Gem was, well...a gem! She did everything to make this whole thing possible and get us in to the house if our dreams! She even found me a better insurance rate than I had been able to get which helped us save money. We are really glad to have been referred to her and grateful for all her help!

I had a really good experience with UHM. This is the first house I’ve bought and for the most part it was fairly easy. Gem and Jennifer took care of us.
