I’ve met with a few different people at United Ministries the past year and they are so kind! They were not demeaning or judgemental like some groups that help people. I was welcomed with smiles and a genuine concern for the difficulties I was experiencing at the time, and assisted me quickly and efficiently. I shouldn't complain when it comes to a free food pantry, but the last 4 times I was there, I received moldy bread and 2 moldy pies. (both pies were 9" pies, one lemon meringue and one apple .both moldy and I had to throw them out). Canned goods you can't go wrong, unless the seals are broken from being dropped to hard, and the free gallon milk coupon to Kroger is also perfect. I appreciate all that the volunteers do, however. Thank you for serving your community!!

Very rude. I am struggling trying to start job, have no money yet from it and they wouldn't help me. Oh wait, they gave me a cucumber. So much for helping people.
