Hands down the worst post office in the entire state or city or town. Never received my package then was told I missed it and they left a we missed you card. Scheduled a redelivery and I still didn't show. They are getting paid way to much to be doing fast food worker pay service. Step your game up or just give all the work to pension post office. DO BETTER!!!!!

Opened a case the other day with no response. My package has been sitting in this distribution center "Moving Through Network" for 3 days. Each day it says "delivery expected today by 7:00pm" yet no attempts have been made.

-0 stars.. first of all. How are these people allowed to continue to ruin the lives of their community with this terrible service.. I actually believe their goal is to give the worst service in the U.S

This is the second time I have had packages come through them and they mark them delivered to me without me ever receiving my packages..

I’m pretty sure they are stealing peoples packages in this place.. because I have heard others have this similar problems.. I did everything I could to make sure I would receive my stuff before hand and they still manage to steal it right under my nose..

I could go on and on about other things they have done but to sum it up
I’m just sick and disgusted at this point and it’s not point in explaining this in detail because nothing is being done to fix the problem because nobody cares clearly and there is nobody higher ups to complain to..

Ever since I moved to this area… the post office was the first thing about Centerpoint that made me hate it over here. It started with these people.. please move out of Centerpoint if you can I can’t even put in words how terrible these people are.. don’t expect anything from them

I don’t know what the people problem is and them drivers l need them to stop being lazy my drive thru is long but stop playing with my packages. I missed 3 packages cause yall saying no access point what yall mean? The worst they need to be fired

Having with a daily mail a letter post mark for July 1st still have arrived to me. I know the holiday last week had something to do with it. Why is this mail taking this long it's local mail

To say that I'm beyond disappointed by the service at the Centerpoint location is an understatement!
I ship things from there, they arrive later than they would from the Greystone location I'm used to using. The postmaster needs to get this branch under control.
The total culmination came to a head when they lost a gift that they claimed was delivered, but if you put in my mailbox why isn't it there? If it wouldn't fit why didn't you leave a note for me to pick up at post office, better yet, why not take it to my door?
Then the cashier was on her phone, the were all loud and cursing in the back for me and others to hear.
Looks like all businesses just about have little to no workers, little to no work ethics... I just don't know what to say!
Now, I have to file a claim then I still don't have my gift that was mailed to me for Christmas and it wasn't a cheap gift. Someone got them a nice lick.
I do know that they don't even deserve this one star!!!

I have informed delivery that let's me see what's coming in the mail. I placed a hold mail online due to a settlement check of mines came up missing. How coincidentally everything else was delivered but not the check. So, I have scanned image delivery that states you have mailing arriving right! Tell me why when I go to pick up my mail no mail is on hold and supposedly no hold card. So, I was told by another lady at the front desk to filled out a physical hold card. I did! Got another notification of mailing arriving and it's another check in the mail. I go to physical to the office to pick up hold mail. I'm told..no hold card and or no mail. Spoke with Manger who states the same thing and will get back. If my mail is not found then I will have to file a complaint with the Attorney General offfice of the state Alabama and BBB. I will be also requesting for corporate assistance as well with this issue .

My package was marked as “delivered in/at mailbox”. I don’t have a mailbox. Which is why all other packages say “front door/porch”. Needless to say, I never received my package. I was going to go up there to inquire but after reading these reviews, I’d rather not have my day ruined. I am hoping to work with the seller to get a refund or reshipment or file a claim online with USPS.
