I visited Universal City Dental Center based on a recommendation, and now I’m ready to recommend this clinic to everyone. From the very first moments, it was clear that this is a tightly-knit team of true professionals who work seamlessly and with such warmth that you feel like you’re visiting friends. Each staff member is an expert in their field, and the clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which inspires even more confidence.

I’m especially grateful for how they handled all the insurance matters on their own — I didn’t have to worry about a thing. On top of that, my treatment was completed in the shortest time possible, which I truly appreciate.

Another standout feature is that the staff speaks English, Russian, and Armenian fluently, which makes communication easier and the whole process more comfortable. The clinic is impeccably clean, and the availability of free parking adds to the overall convenience. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and deeply thankful for such a positive experience!

The woman working at the front desk tried to tell me my insurance was expired which was an outright lie. I think they should have just been honest and said they don't know. I had to call my company HR and get it done myself.

“Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dentist office. From the very start, the phone call was handled unprofessionally and left me feeling frustrated. Not only did they fail to provide clear information about my copay upfront, but they also called me randomly demanding immediate payment over the phone, threatening to send me to collections if I didn’t comply.

The lack of transparency and rude behavior from the office staff was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, their unprofessionalism has left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

I would strongly advise against trusting this dentist office with your dental care needs if you value clear communication and respectful customer service.”

Great dentist office! I walked in with somewhat of an emergency, without an appointment of course, and they were able to treat me the same day. Even though they were extremely busy. Would recommend!

I love this dental office and always recommend them to my friends! The doctor and staff are very kind and patient with children. We came to Dr. Gasparian for a second opinion; the previous dental office was wanting to charge us over $6000 for dental work and wanted to have my child be put under to do the work. Dr. Gasparian only saw two cavaties and completed the simple fillings in 2 appointments, without putting my child under general anesthesia. You won’t regret coming here!!
