My grandmother has used this insurance company for years. However, she now has dementia and has not driven for two years. While trying to take over all her financials. We have tried to cancel her car insurance. This insurance has done nothing but give us a hard time because they wanted to talk to my grandmother. We explained the situation that grandmother still believes she can drive even though she no longer owns the car they insure. They keep sending my grandmother letters which trigger my grandmother to pay it and they gladly will take her payment over the phone even knowing her mental state. I have even put my grandma to cancel on the phone which they told me they would and sent a letter saying it would be cancelled. The very next day was another letter stating that the insurance was reinstated and they were gonna send a bill. I don’t know what else to do. They are causing my grandma emotional distress when they call her or send her letters reminding her she cannot drive. The lady on the phone is rude and this company cares only about money and not the emotional stress they are causing my grandmother and family.

My mom has dementia and this company CONTINUES to bill her and take her money. She doesn't even OWN a can any longer. Shady practices... i have written letters, called and really would never recommend them to anyone. They are not responsive and at this point financially abusive to the elderly.
