Our experience was great
Besides the stressful ness of paper work after paperwork. It all turned out great. We got our new home to raise our bundles of love, soon to be family of 4 on big acres. We were first time home buyers who went to Julie Tully after we were given up on by other lenders. In one day she had us approved. Her and her team were patient with our many questions. They were quick to respond. They took the time and care that we needed to work through the process. After we bought our home, we still had occasional questions which they were still quick to respond to, even though we had long since closed. They kept in step with us, and monitored our progress while we worked on our fixer upper. Julie personally approached us when she felt the timing was right to refinance. We weren’t sure if it was the right move, but after seeing the market, monitoring our area and how much work we had done on our house, she really helped us understand the potential savings we could receive. The process was quick and pretty painless. Again our questions were always answered and things were handled so professionally. Imagine our surprise when we found out we were able to save hundreds on our mortgage payment every month. Julie and Tori were amazing !!! Job well done. I was self employed, made a decent income, 680 credit score and left with little options with purchasing a home for my very first time. We were giving up. We called Julie and she was direct, clear and detail oriented. She knew exactly what we needed to get a loan processed. She said "Do as I say and you'll be a home owner".
