l had bad experience with Utopia as a tenan t. They took more than 31/2 months to refund deposit. property manager will not respond for calls or emails. Tough to reach property manager, always call goes to voice mail , and they will never callback for our message.Also they charged more even if we keep the property clean, they have a new tactic mentioning in the report bad odor observed so oxidizing needed, even though we leave the property clean . receptionist are good but management is worst. they will eat tenants money. I don't think they will be good for landlords too.. Because the property we have vacated was not occupied more than 4 months. Neighbors who wanted to enquire mentioned they are not answering properly. our previous property management Action1 property was good, utopia acquired them since then service is not good.Even for vacating property we dont know whom to contact, just reported in maintenance portal as one of maintenance request.
