This is supposed to be government house. Tax payers are the ones paying. Hartford city is drug infested. I feel for the people that actually need the assistance 😔 there is one apartment that I know of that they are letting 7 people live in a two bedroom apartment. The son and his girlfriend sleeping on the living room floor on an air mattress. She is due to have a baby in July . So that is 8. Someone needs to take over this place and clean it up for the ones that are really in need.
