I just honestly wanted to take a second and say thank you! I have lived in my home for almost 12 years now and it has been my place of peace, ease of commute to work and the neighborhood/area has always been wonderful! I haven't always had the best neighbors living below me and I was really anxious in not knowing who my new neighbors would be and they are very pleasant! Your discernment of your tenants is great and I felt like you kept in mind on how you would see the tenants fitting in well with another person living above them! It's nice to see a property management company that actually cares about the kind of tenants that live in their homes! Thank you so much again!

Good people to rent from, never had any problems or complaints. Rent prices are fair and not overwhelming. They've got a good maintenance team and they'll fix anything that needs fixed. This is the second house my family has rented from them and there's never been any issues. Most other landlords when you live in a place or move out of a place will always try to find something or some reason to keep your deposit and treat you wrong when you move out because we've had bad luck with landlords like that in the past. But they have never been that way towards us both times we've rented from them.

They charged me a $50 application fee before touring the apartment which I thought was odd. Granted, I do understand the inconvenience it would be to have people waste your time not showing up to view the apartment. However, I think it was unacceptable that they had 3 other people to see the apartment at the same time I was supposed to. The lady literally said, “whoever gets to the office first with the deposit wins the golden ticket.” Just inconvenienced me by wasting my time and took $50 from every person there. Definitely should be more respectful of others time & money. Scammy vibes for sure.

This is my second lease in my house with them, I just renewed for the year. Also, my second house with them. I have never been disappointed, they always fix things when I ask and are great people to rent from. I highly recommend VPM, I’ve rented from several landlords in the past and unfortunately cannot say the same for them, VPM is the best! I am very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

Haven’t had any problems with them, the maintenance men that come have been very pleasant and helpful. Any time I’ve had a problem with anything they reply within a timely manner and try to get things fixed right away. Way better than the last landlord’s I’ve had.

Filled out application and i
Payed fee about an hour later I received info my application was denied with NO EXPLANATION Turned out the property was already rented as is it shortly that same day was taken off the market! I have reached out to ask if my application and deposit would be valid for a different property never returned any of my calls emails or text messages!

We have lived in one of Val’s properties for a few months now and everything has been great ! The process of moving in was made very easy and the one small issue we had was taken care of very quickly which was just a washer leak . The apartment was nice and clean when we moved in newly remodeled. This has been a great experience over all ! Thank you Vals property management !
