A few years ago I went on Medicare and needed a supplement plan. The plans offered to retirees from my employer were prohibitively expensive and did not provide good customer service. In the course of researching plans, Vanasek Insurance was recommended to me. They worked with me to find the best plan for my needs from a company that was highly rated for their customer service, something I value more than cheap premiums. They also worked with me to find a value oriented and highly rated pharmacy plan. I've been with Vanasek Insurance for about 8 years now, working with them each year to find the best supplement and pharmacy plan available. They are friendly, efficient and always able to make sure my insurance needs are met. Outstanding customer service, a wide variety of insurance products and a very knowledgeable staff make this my go to insurance agency for medical insurance, so much so that I look forward to open enrollment each year!

A year and a half ago I purchased a home and Vanasek Insurance Services was recommended to me, even though I live in Redding.
During that same time my mortgage holder has messed up the premium payment two times. I can tell you that in both instances, I called Antoinette and between her and Patricia, her assistant, they worked very hard in solving the payment problem. The customer service has been great. Since I was an insurance agent myself, for many years, I think that I am qualified to highly recommend this insurance agency.

Vanasek insurance is the best experience to have with an insurance person. I say person instead of broker because it is a personal experience with them. When you call you talk to someone, not done recording. Antoinette is someone who genuinely cares about making sure you get the best product for your needs. Very professional but very human. If you need help with Medicare insurance, she's the very best.

Antonette always answers all of my questions compassionately and thoroughly. Vanesek is reliable insurance that provides business and personal insurances. I use it for my vehicle which I use for both business and pleasure. Many auto insurances in California will not cover vehicles that are used with driver apps like Flex Uber, Lyft, etc, unless you buy a commercial coverage. Vanesek is recommended by and offers private insurance through Hartford. Recently I needed to make a collision claim after a long road trip. Antoinette helped me when I was having difficulty. The woman is amazing and works above and beyond for customers. Not only has Vanesek provided me a private insurance that other insurances have denied me they have provided me a personal customer service experience that I feel secure with.

Antonette was amazing! She was very responsive, knowledgeable and what I needed to help obtain insurance for my parents. They lost their house in the Paradise fire and Antonette knew what we needed while the house was being built & then once complete.
