I met Victor and his team through my wonderful buyers I met at my open house. My buyers let me know they were in the process of being pre-approved with Victor and asked me if I would assist them in their purchase. I was more than happy too!!!
That’s when I called Victor to introduce myself beings we never worked together before. Victor told me how he operated and I was impressed! To make a long but GREAT story short…buyers came into town 6 hours away, I had 3 days to get them into contract. I Showed them 5 houses, the last one they loved and wanted to submit an offer. I knew we had to submit quickly after the neighbor said it was going to fly off the market probably over asking! I called Victor and let him know the plan, he jumped right in and sent over the pre approval letter. After I sent over the offer he called the listing Agent immediately! She was impressed!!! Needless to say…buyers VA loan, 21 day close, appraisal came in $30k over asking purchase price 🎉🙌🏻 Victors team broke a VA loan record with me!! My whole team was impressed! Victor and his team’s communication, throughly explaining every step to our buyers, including me on all communication was EXCELLENT and closing on time!!!!
