Had a great experience working with Vintage Properties. When we first moved in, we had 2 or 3 issues with the property that were dealt with immediately. This means a lot to me. It can be very frustrating to wait days or even weeks for a resolution. The staff are very responsive and sincerely care about you as a human. I highly recommend working with them.

I don't normally comment but when i saw the negative feedback, though I know nothing about their experience I felt compelled to comment on mine.

Marvin was wonderful with myself and my fiance. I love our new home. They did everything by the book and worked with us.
The place was ready for us and the move in went very well. Now if i could get someone to tell me how to pay my rent online i would be happier.

I have now had multiple transactions with Vintage Properties and they have been a pleasure to work with. I like that they are locally owned and that they invest in projects in the city that improve the area and the living experience for everyone to enjoy. Keep up the good work!

My co-worker and I were looking for an apartment. We went to look at one then the wife said ohh we have this other one over here. so we go and look at it and we ended up liking it better we filled out an app and put a deposit to reserve it for us. Then they start calling work and references and obviously we knew that they were going to do that. Then we never heard from them for a week. We call back and they're like well didn't so and so tell you to give us a call?... No, they didn't. But my first question is if you wanted us to call you why didn't you call us yourselves? You're a business owner and need to handle your clientele better. Once we realize how unprofessional they are we ask for our deposit back. They say sure but not today, I let them know since it's the holidays i will be unavailable and busy at work for the rest of the week so the wife ssaid go by the office after your off work and pick up the money. We discussed and agreed to them giving us the cash that we gave them for the deposit. So i get to their office after work and no one is there. I called the wife to see what's going on. she said here's my husband's number call him. i call him and he's in a meeting will call back in a couple of minutes... i waited half an hour before i got a phone call back. He says he's 45 min away and can't today. At this point i'm pissed. I told him what he and his wife agreed too and neither one of them cared at all. So i have my cowroker go down before work today to go pick up the cash we talked about and guess what. they wrote a check after all that hassle. I will never do business with them again nor will i ever recommend them to anyone.
