We have had a rough road with keeping a property manager over the last two years. It is good to have Shelica as our property manager to get things moving again to accomplish the needs of our community. Many accomplishments have been made recently and look forward to continuing the progress next year.

As somone who has had a LOT of experience with condos and rentals in the Phoenix and Toronto area, from being an owner of multiple properties to being on the boards of a number of condos, I really need to say that Vision really impresses me. At other condos, I've seen management come and go like there was a revolving door but Vision has managed to provide a greatly needed stability. There is change in managers, for sure, with some better than others but Vision constantly is seeking the best people. Well our new manager seems to be one of the best - Debbie Grosshauser, you are great. From your responsiveness to your fresh perspective, I can tell you actually care about our community.

These 5 stars ore ONLY for Shelica, our property manager. She is our 5th in 5 years, and we like her a lot. She responds quickly and seems to care about our needs as board members, a thankless, unpaid job that makes you a target because most HOA boards are full of people with big heads. I give Vision 2 stars at best

I bought into a complex own by vision over a year ago and since then we have been cited 3 times. Twice for having a bird feed and lights hung and I appealed and presented to the board over 50 other units with the same thing and was denied. Then just last week I got a citation for a gate on the patio that was there when we moved in a year ago! I submitted this to the board and was denied! So not I have to take down my patio gate that was there when we bought the place from the owner before! I have never wanted to move out of a community so bad! Make sure you find a place without an HOA! Or ask the people in the community first!

Vision Community Management is a solid HOA management company. Like all management it varies with the quality of the community managers and the back office staff. Currently our HOA has Shelica Alwahabi as our community manager. I could not be happier with her approach. Very proactive and sensitive to the Board direction. She wants to get it right. As for back office staff they are competent and timely in information you might request. I would recommend this company.
