Visionworks is the best eye center I have attended especially in Flagstaff. They were willing to fit me in when I had an emergency and Dr. Lott was so kind. He didn't rush through my appointment or tell me my issue was something that would go away. He took the time to listen and then researched and found a solution. He ensured I could get my prescription the day of and continued to check on me during follow-up appointments. I can't even express how amazing he is! I would suggest that everyone should attend Visionworks and find an eye doctor that cares, listens, and is willing to research and cure their problems.

Got glasses here prior and went in for an annual eye exam also order glasses. The staff here at super nice, kind, and friendly! They were very communicative about my eyes throughout the exam. Also, the selection here is chef’s kiss: amazing staff and great service here!

I had an awesome experience at this location in Flagstaff Arizona. The doctor was on point. She spoke to me very professionally yet had some compassion in her tone, and I appreciated that customer service was remarkable each and everyone of those employees that I had in an encounter with was awesome. You don’t find that too often anymore and each one of those employees had knowledge of what they were doing there was no I’m not sure none of that. They handled their business well and I appreciated each and everyone of them Teena from Camp verde signing off.

I had a great time in the store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted properly and the staff helped me with my children get approved for glasses. They worked all the wonders to where my children were happy with the experience and the help. Keep up the good work.

Great staff. Easy to schedule and the wait time was short to be seen. The only complaint was they told me they could not honor the online price from their website for frames and charged me full price. I'm not sure why this is the case

Shania was great and very helpful throughout the process! I was in and out quickly! The hardest part of the process was deciding which frames I liked the most out of their extensive selection. Definitely will be coming back next time I need glasses!

I had a great experience at vision works. The staff were kind, and very helpful, especially the young lady who taught me how put in and take out my contacts, she was great! The doctor was very knowledgeable and very professional. My appointment was at 12 noon, they all helped me and kept a positive attitude, even though lunch was on their mind, or could have been. I'd definitely recommend to anyone.
