Pete is a great partner for real estate financing and mortgage. We unexpectedly found a house to purchase before we really planned on it and Pete and his team hustled to make it happen. He recommended a various options for financing and explained each option in detail so we understood all the pros and cons. Pete and everyone at Von Mortgage have been so helpful throughout the process of buying our home. Von Mortgage is a class act. I wanted to do a 95% loan on a home I was buying in Shasta County, and I already had an existing home loan on a home I already owned. It's more complex than it sounds, however Pete successfully navigated me though the process, and I was successful in obtaining the 95% loan. All this occurred during the Park Fire when Insurance Companies were not underwriting insurance policies and as soon as the Insurance companies started underwriting again, our home loan closed and I kept the exceptional rate on the 95% loan even though there was nearly a 60 day delay due to the Insurance companies not underwriting. Yes, it was complex times, however Pete made it painless and everything went by the numbers.
