Sorry excuse for a financial services company. I closed my account over 30 days ago and still have not received my funds. They promised I would have funds within 3-5 business days. Empty promise. Filing complaint with FTC and other Federal Agencies as applicable.

This company is a disaster, terrible customer service, I'm so sorry UPS choose this company to do business with our 401k plan. The staff is extremely incompetent. They put in their own information on your application. Getting your own money is a hassle, like they do simple stuff to delay the process for whatever reason. Run from this company. Update nothing has changed, I'm currently with another company and I borrowed against my 401k and the check was supposed to be mailed out next day, I never received the check. There is no tracking number. I called back only to find out they used the regular mail, but I was charged $50 for next day shipping. I asked for the shipping number for the regular mail, not to my surprise, they don't have it. The service here was so bad if you call during the pandemic and a black person answers the phone, it was better to just hang up and call back, because they didn't care. You can tell they were working from home with all the noise in the background. At that time I asked to speak to a supervisor and the black lady refused to put a supervisor on the phone. Now they have foreigners answering the phones, we all know how that's going with English being there second language.

This is a company that doesn't send you what you have requested. And then, they have you pay for the expedite fees because they did not do what they promised. No apologies either for the inconvenience. Not good customer service.

This is the worst company I have ever encountered! They make simple things so complicated! I have tried multiple times to do simple things like move my money, gaining online access, and redistributing my money, and none was accomplished, after sooo many tries. What a nightmare! Stay away if you can.
