First off I wanna start by saying that Bella and Chris great job and great customer service . But the branch manager was rude and unruly . They closed account and when I called to see why they closed account Chris told me that the manger said it was because of a check system issue . I pulled my brothers report it was nothing there . I called back to inform them that , that statement was false and not true they said that they would have the branch manger call back. He called my brother back and said that he closed the account because he went to another bank to get the card rushed . Which was false he went to another bank and they offered to print the card off . We never asked for that . When I tried to explain to the branch manager he was rude and would not let me talk after my brother gave me permission to speak and explain . So my first question is why would the branch manger lie for the first explanation. And then come up with another explanation. I worked for banks 7 years . I know for a fact that the check system comes back instant . The real reason. Was you were mad a card got rushed out that we didn’t ask for . They did it for a Curtesy . And for him not to let me explain let’s me know that he was discriminating against us . And yes he is black . And African American people with authority can discriminate too . It’s sad that they lost business due to the manager being on a power trip . And also I have the conversation recorded from everyone I talked to at different branches and his conversation But anyways good job Bella for treating everyone equal !!
