Hailey needs a attitude adjustment, she was very rude and short with me. Customer service with her was absolutely awful. She needs some customer service training asap. Traci was not help, didn't even apologize for her employees rude attitude. Maybe think about retraining your management team as well.

I have shopped at Walgreens for years and before today, never had a bad experience. Today may change that loyalty. The cashier was initially completely unresponsive when I spoke to her and when I finally got a response, she was rude and disrespectful. I would strongly recommend that you review your staffing for Sunday, February 6th at 2:30 p.m. and do some customer service training .

I have never had an issue using Walgreens Pharmacy before until I moved to LaPorte and switched to this location.

The staff is totally inept, rude, zero customer service whatsoever.

Besides CONSTANTLY being out of medication and not restocking for WEEKS my first trip I was accused of being a drug seeker because I switched to this location versus the Michigan City location because I MOVED. Same doctor, same dose, but yes please call me a drug seeker. Absolutely ridiculous.

Thank God I don’t have to take medication for seizures or heart problems because I would be dead based on the absolute brain dead staff that never think forward for customers there. Picked up a partial refill (3 pills out of 30), waited nearly a week before calling to find out why they *still* did not have my medication in stock only for them to tell me they didn’t know when they were going to get it in AND that if it hadn’t been fulfilled within 72 hours it would be totally cancelled. No one ever told me that when I picked up my prescription nor after I waited to call in and ask what was up.

Inept, heartless, God awful. If you have a serious condition do not send your prescriptions here.

I can't tell you how helpful Tammy in photo was! Fought days w Xfinity to get a shipping label. Tammy was so very helpful in this process. She definitely has more patience than I do!! She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me, especially when I was so frustrated w Xfinity I was almost in tears. Thank you so very much for all the help tonight Tammy. You rock!! 🤘

Truly from the moment I enter this store I enjoy myself. It has to be my favorite place to shop! Cashiers & other employees are very helpful and friendly . Always a clean environment. I diffinetly can spend more than 15 minutes in this store shopping and looking at products.
