Extremely rude customer service.
I apparently worded my request for service incorrectly and they insisted I was asking for temporary service. I had previously been told that payment was for 3 months at a time, so when I called I asked for 3 months of service, because that’s how I thought they did it. I was referred to a supervisor (I think) who repeated they don’t do temp service. I tried to explain that I’m not sure how long I’ll be here, and that it may be less than a year, but may continue, but she kept interrupting me and insisting I had asked for temp.

Then she told me that in order to get service I would have to agree to an early termination fee, even though there’s no contract to sign and it’s not their standard protocol. It was specifically because of how I (mis)worded my initial request.

She wouldn’t let me explain and kept saying I asked for temp service. So frustrating and upsetting. And of course they are the only option in my area.

We have called too many times for one of our 3 cans not being emptied at all. This was all that was in on this can so it was never even touched. I don't understand how this is a constant issue. Nothing is jammed or stuck at the bottom, we make sure to not pack it in as we know no effort is made to get the trash out. Highly disappointed.

We have been with Waste Disposal for years. I highly recommend them for trash service or roll off dumpsters. I wouldn't go with any other company!

Have had numerous problems with this trash service in the past several months. Then I had to move unexpectedly and they won't refund my money for the remainder of time I had until November completely paid in full as I always was. I was always a good customer but these people made me regret having service with them and now stealing my money. Very unprofessional in so many ways. Unbelievable.

Going on 4 month vacation. Couldn't put service in hold. Wouldn't credit $75 balance. They are picking up trash can.
And they were rude about it.
Would NOT recommend
Recieved a call from the owner. She was extremely apologetic. Our money is being refunded. She went out of her way to make things right. Will be calling to restart service when we return

Very pleased! Super easy to set up and they are the environmentally friendly choice and a great value. They gave us 2 cans and pick up once a week. This local company does a great job and their drivers are courteous too. The other company goes rumbling up our road twice a week and turns around on our property which tears it up and annoys me to no end. Thank goodness there is an alternative. Thank you Waste Disposal!

Money was tight this year so we did not have Christmas gifts for the service providers we really like. I usually only post good reviews, but I am out of patience. About a month ago I got a notice that my payment was late. I got the information from the bank and emailed it to the company showing my check and the back that showed they endorsed it. I called Waste Disposal LLC and made sure they got the email and was told they were taking care of it. I got my next bill with no late charge so I assumed it was okay. Monday before Thanksgiving my can vanished so I called to make sure they had not removed it for non payment. He ask me me if I was sure no one moved it from the road back up to my house. I assured them it was nowhere to be found and he said someone probably stole it. I said it was broken so I didn't think so. I was told they would call me back and let me know. After waiting 7 days for a call back I called only to be told they didn't take my can and I needed to pay $50 for a new one. I paid over the phone and was told it would be a week. This is the 8th day and still no can. I called again only to be told they don't know what happened but they would get me a can as soon as possible. Try to get it to me today, but they don't have control over the schedule.
