Waterstone mortgage is great. I dealt with Brynn Atencio and she is amazing, she helped with anything and everything I needed. I've never bought a home before and she made it easy. I do not know if I can even put into words how amazing Tracie Denney is!! Not only is she a amazing person but she is a phenomenal loan officer. As a first time home buyer I had absolutely no idea about the process of buying a home. Tracie walked us through the whole process step by step and was always there to answer any of our questions. She was very transparent with different options on loans and what the upside and downside was to each one of them. Which I was very grateful for because I do not understand any of the "legal lingo". To be able to call or text her with any questions I had was a blessing. She was always very sweet, compassionate and understanding answering all my questions, even the ones that I was embarrassed to ask. I would never buy another house without using Tracie and she is who I would recommend to all of my family and friends. Thank you again Tracie for all of your hard work!!

Tracie was beyond helpful in the process of our loan and buying a home. She is the lender that is willing to assist at any time. We had dozens of questions and she answered each one of them thoroughly and with diligence. If there was a question she could not answer she would find an answer and get back with us. She was completely transparent with the whole process and gave peace of mind.
