If I could give these people 0 stars I would I bought a car from here the trans is messed up and my suspension is popping didn’t give me the paperwork so I can get my tag and said they was going to fix it and detail it but ghosting me and one of my family members bought a car from here to and found a gun in between the seats and a couple of days later the car broke down I DONT RECOMMED THIS PLACE AT ALL

Do not buy a car from this place. They will lie to get a buck... The cars are rigged with GPS and they don't tell you that up front. If you miss a payment or mistakenly miss your insurance payment they will report your car and when you make the payment they will tell you that you can't get your car back unless you pay full balance of car. You can make them aware and they will go along with you until you go outside and your car is gone. I will never recommend them to anyone... Find another place to purchase a vehicle!!!

Very bad experience! I put $1000 down on a vehicle and was told the paperwork needed for the tag and title would be available a couple days later. After the temporary tag they gave me expirex i had to contact them again and they told me it would be a few more days. About 4 or 5 months later, they finally came up with the paper work so i could get the tag. Once during this time i made a payment on time and they called me a few days later demanding payment. I explained i had already done so, and later they apologized due to the fact they remembered me calling in to make the payment but forgit to run the card. On another occasion they called me insisting that i didnt have insurance on the vehicle until i realized that the VIN# on the paperwork they gave me was incorrect and i had to contact the insurance company to get it corrected. I never missed or was late on a payment. I was 3 days late on an insurance payment and they repossesed. They then told me it was not possible for me to get the vehicle back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.. If you are 1 day late on a payment they will pick your car up and you will not be able to get it back. I was late on a payment by one day (Even though I called and said that i had the money but by the time i got off work they would've been closed) So the next day I woke up to go and get a tag and to pay my car note my car was gone.. ( I even asked could I pay my payments up so this wouldn't happen again (OH) and not to mention within the 28 days of me having my car I brought the 2 good paying customers who also paid their car notes months in advance but when I asked could I come pay my car note to get my car back they to me that they didn't have any faith in me paying my car note... WITH THAT BEING SAID.... It was most deff. the color of my skin because I have never been treated with such hate in my whole entire life.. but one thing (WE FINANCE DON'T KNOW) is that they will be hearing from my lawyer and I also have a copy of the contract and it says that my first payment was due on 09/29 the day of the reposestion .... (SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY)

This company stole my vehicle after receiving the payment on time. Then when you report the vehicle stolen they will call and make a fake report saying that it’s repo. I caught the manger on camera asking her daughter that workers there where did she find the payment and the daughter confirmed where the payment was it the same place as she instructed me to place my payment all on camera

First off when we purchased a vehicle it took way too long to get a tag, we went through two temporary tags, one almost expired before we got the actual tag.

They repossessed a vehicle that we got no warning for, we took care of the problem and we tried to contact someone to get out car back, no answer, the next day we find out we cannot get the car back. They put all of our possessions in a dirty bag filled with trash. THESE PEOPLE ARE LEGAL LOOPHOLE CROOKS, THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO REPO YOUR CAR AND SELL IT AGAIN.

I was in the process of buying a car from them, the very next morning i was headed to Huntersville and it was like it didnt want to change out, so of course i take it back over there, the owner was sooo rude! After arguing with him I didn't want the car, he told Josh to give me my money back, then looks at me and says, I JUST WANT U TO KNOW 1 UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER ISN'T GOING TO HURT MY BUSINESS 1 BIT! I said I'm not trying to hurt ur business sir I just want a good car.
Waiting for someone to sue the piss out of them!!
