The black female drive up Wells Fargo teller was rude and not customer centric. I arrive at 11:52 am cst. She didn’t acknowledge me for quite some time and after she finally acknowledged me, she said they were closed, held my identification and ATM card, and wouldn’t service me for a simple withdrawal even after waiting in line for over 45 minutes. Just simply Horrible service at this Centerpoint Alabama location. I wouldn’t send my enemy there. Closing my account even after I called the call center to assist me.

The WORST drive thru!!! If you are in a hurry go inside. It will only take 20 min compared to the 45 min in drive thru. Make sure you have a full tank of gas if by chance you do go through the drive, stop please pull up to the next opening, drive stop. I wait 10 minutes at 1 only told be asked to pull up and wait another 10 min.

Kudos to Wells Fargo to have the most valuable branch in worst customer service. Please share your secrets with the other branches, as to how you manage to have consistently poor service. I hope Wells Fargo keeps this branch as a model of poor customer service. Job well done wells Fargo

We went on a Thursday afternoon and had fast service. But don't go on a Friday it's even hard to find a parking space.

A plus is that they've added a drive up atm behind this location.

Triana, the teller at the window, put my deposit amount $10 less than what I had counted. When I brought it to her attention, she claimed that she had put it through the machine twice, and did not recheck it...I’m never trusting this location again with my deposits!
