Our mortgage was also sold to wells fargo. Beware they do not follow terms and conditions you originally agree to. They applied a payment to principle not the loan then claim we are a month late on payment, charging us interest and destroying our credit rating. We paid in FULL on TIME.

In my opinion PREDATORY LENDER... Hundreds of Millions in fines in REPEATED class action suits...equals corrupt corporate culture.
